This privacy policy covers the website of Toby Renfors trading as Tork Digital (ABN: 96 344 238 441), based in South Australia. It explains what information this site collects, why, and what happens to it.
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the enquiry form: your name, your email address, the enquiry category you select, and your message.
Beyond the enquiry form, this site uses Google Analytics to understand visitor numbers and how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside Australia. It does not include your name or email unless you separately submit the enquiry form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts. This site uses no advertising or retargeting technology of any kind.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website, and delivered to us by email. Submissions are stored in our Netlify dashboard and in our email inbox. Netlify applies automated spam filtering to submissions as part of this service.
We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to you about your enquiry. Your details are never sold, shared for marketing, or added to any mailing list.
Enquiry submissions are kept only as long as they are useful for responding to you and for records of any resulting engagement, and are periodically cleared from our systems.
If you would like the details of an enquiry deleted at any time, send a request through the enquiry form and we will remove them.
This site links to websites we have built for clients. Those sites are operated by their respective owners and have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
